1. DATA CONTROLLER

Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), your personal data may be processed by Ekin Ata Nakliyat İnş. Taah. Turz. Petr. Ürün. Paz. Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“EKİN ATA” or “Company”) as the data controller within the scope described below.

2. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your collected personal data will be processed by the Company in compliance with the conditions set forth in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law to ensure the security of the floor you are on and to maintain the legal, technical, and commercial-work security of the Company and the related persons in a business relationship with the Company.

3. TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND PURPOSES OF TRANSFER

Your collected personal data may be transferred to our suppliers, legally authorized public institutions, and private persons for the realization of the purposes stated above, in accordance with the conditions and purposes of personal data processing specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

4. METHOD AND LEGAL BASIS OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION

Your personal data is collected electronically via closed-circuit camera recording systems during your time on the premises. This processing is based on the Company’s legitimate interests under the conditions for personal data processing outlined in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

5. YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF THE LAW

As a personal data subject, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the Law:

  • To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
  • To request information if your personal data has been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
  • To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • To request the correction of incomplete or incorrect personal data and to request notification of this to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
  • To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons for processing cease to exist, despite being processed under the Law and other relevant laws, and to request notification of this to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
  • To object to the occurrence of a result against you through the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems,
  • To request compensation for damages in the event of unlawful processing of your personal data.

You may submit your requests regarding these rights by completing the Data Subject Application Form available at www.ekinata.com.tr or by sending an email to the designated Company email address. Your request will be processed free of charge and concluded as soon as possible, no later than 30 days depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process incurs an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
